Job Purpose:

  • Grow sales revenues and profits to gain new strategic opportunities and meet sales targets within an assigned geographic area or group of customer accounts. Accountable for achieving a revenue target by seeking out new customers and maintaining productive working relationships with existing customers.
  • Accountable for maintaining and expanding profitable business with large and/or complex accounts often consisting of multiple products and services.

Accountabilities:

  • Development of the specialized trade distribution : Develop plans for each dealer account in the concerned region including short term and long term goals, strategies and pricing.
  • Demonstrate products to new account customers and creating Direct Sales channel: Focus on sales target, new business development & building customer relationships
    • Implementation and development of the budget in the countries
    • Support in the acquisition of new, additional retail partners
    • Coordination of distribution structures
    • Monitoring, qualification, assessment and recruitment of employees
    • Market monitoring
  • Responsible for evaluating of performance of the sales representatives.
    • Monitoring and realization of national quantity, sales and revenue targets.
    • Support and implement marketing plans, promotions and new product launches.

• Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads using CRM tool and meeting/exceeding sales metrics
• Reporting to headquarters in Japan
